In addition, Storm Control and Port Isolation mitigate the effects of broadcast storms caused by rogue software and malware, which can propagate across the network and bring communication to a standstill. Innovative Design The DGS-1026P allows users to quickly enable or disable key port features via the built-in DIP switch to adapt to network needs, including flow control, port isolation & storm control, PD alive, and Extend transmission mode, allowing fast and easy onsite configuration without having to access the web UI. The DGS-1026P also features a durable, compact metal case alongside a smart fan design allowing for improved heat dissipation.
