The 3M™ Qualitative Respirator Fit & Sensitivity Test Kit includes both a general fit and sensitivity test for all disposable and reusable, half-mask particulate respirators as well as all half-mask gas/vapor respirators equipped with a particulate prefilter. For best results with any new respirator, always employ a fit test to ensure that the user achieves a proper face seal before using the respirator in a contaminated area. This kit meets all performance criteria associated with fit testing respirators under current OSHA standards and includes everything required to test general fit and sensitivity. For occupational use—only to be used within the context of Qualitative Fit Testing.
