For storage of your files, the 1TB SSD has an M.2 2280 form factor, uses the PCIe 4.0 x4 bus, and offers quick access to your data. For additional internal storage, there are two extra M.2 2280 slots for NVMe PCIe SSDs, plus 3.5" drive bays. If you want to add external storage drives or other peripherals, the Z2 G9 SFF features one 20 Gb/s USB-C 3.2 Gen 2x2 port with 5V/3A of charging power, plus four 10 Gb/s USB-A 3.2 Gen 2 ports, one of which supports 5V/2.1A charging, three 5 Gb/s USB-A 3.2 Gen 1 ports, and three 480 Mb/s USB-A 2.0 ports. The integrated Intel UHD Graphics 770 chipset delivers a sharp, clear picture, and features two DisplayPort 1.4 outputs which support a maximum resolution of 5120 x 3200 at 60 Hz. Network connectivity is achieved using an integrated Gigabit Ethernet port.

The Z2 G9 Small Form Factor Workstation includes a USB keyboard, a USB mouse, and a power cord. It runs using a 450W power supply and the installed operating system is Windows 11 Pro for Workstations (64-bit).
