Consistent ESD Grounding The heel grounder grounds the user safely, discharging static buildup before it can damage sensitive electronics. A built-in 1MΩ resistor limits current flow to reduce the risk of electric shock. The conductive ribbon (19.6in / 50cm) maintains skin contact, ensuring consistent grounding with the anti-static floor. Note: For consistent grounding, both shoes should use a heel grounder. Adjustable Fit Hook-and-loop fastener fits most shoes up to 3.3in (8.5cm) wide, making it easy to standardize one heel grounder size across teams and workstations. Workstation-Ready Design Tetherless design allows for unrestricted movement within static-controlled environments.
