With its functional flower design, our Canning Rack keeps jars separated to reduce the chances of breaking during processing. The structure of this Canning Rack is highly versatile as it is reversible and can hold a variety of jar sizes. One side can hold up to four quart sized jars, perfect for the small batch canner. The opposite side can hold seven 1/2 pint, 12 oz or pint sized jars.
- Flower design protects jars from touching each other during processing; can stack a second basket to process twice the amount of jars at once
- Reversible design allows fit for 1/2 pint, pint and quart jars
- One side fits 4-quart sized jars; one side fits 7-1/2 pint or pint jars
