The sections can be separated a full 9 inches, allowing anyone to position the keyboard in what is a comfortable, neutral position for them. This low profile keyboard prevents the extension of the wrists while incorporating full travel low force membrane keyswitches which provide quiet keying action making the Freestyle2 one of the quietest keyboards on the market. This is the US English Legended model, this keyboard is also available in a 20" Separation model (KB800PB-US-20), a model with tri-color French Canadian legends (KB800PB-FC), and many other configurations.
